Business Development Associate - Responsible for profiling customer and target accounts, mapping executive structures and corporate solutions, identifying qualified opportunities within divisions, and securing appointments. Involved in opportunity identification and development in unexplored markets.
Business Development Manager - Manage and be accountable while leading a team of BDA’s – Set each BDA’s goal and assist them to achieve it. Develop plans to generate leads and qualify them. Also responsible for development of business plan and strategy and regular coaching of BDA’s to attain the goals of the company.
National Sales Head - Holds the responsibility of complete business planning for CRM – segmenting the market, SWOT analysis, offering strategy and revenue generation parameters. Involved in prospect Engagement – planning technical & field resources, conduct regular discussions with Client, offer solutions and drive engagement to closure. Develop and Implement business plans and sales strategies and appointing channel partner network for penetrating new accounts throughout India.
Product Marketing Consultant – Responsible for handling complete spectrum of marketing, profile includes laying down marketing strategies for Virtuos including web marketing, print marketing, PR relations and any other outbound communication from marketing perspective. Responsible for key account management, handling existing customers, selling new products, capturing feedback payments, handling new accounts for converting them into buyers. Coordinating with our Principals – Maximizer, Kana, RightNow to shape up business lines, coordinate for marketing events; accounts and sales reporting.
Product Marketing Analyst – Presales activities including interacting with customers for demonstrations, assisting in marketing roles and building up the central repository for all marketing collaterals. Responsible for development and implementation of business plans, marketing/product/customer strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market aligning the resources with Principals.
Client Servicing people are the first point of contact for the clients. They interface between the Client and the otherinternal teams. These group of people are given briefs by the clients. They understand what the client’s requirement is, objectives of a particular campaign and translate it to the Account Planning and Creative teams. They are also responsible for Sales (direct and channel) and New business development.
The Account Planning team then comes up with the strategy/plan for the campaign. The brief given by the Client Servicing team is the starting point for the account planners. Media planners make recommendations on the best media to use to reach the target for the advertising. The media buyers would then negotiate with companies to get the best rates and locations, collaborate and work closely with the account services and also do in-depth marketing research.
Strategic Planning & Marketing Research team conducts research to define the target audience in terms of buying behaviours, interests, opinions and attitudes. Data and findings are used by the account services team to develop the strategy and by the creative team to develop and design the communications that effectively resonate with the target audience. Research techniques include focus groups, surveys and questionnaires. Ads are often tested on prospective consumers prior to production.
Technology Consultant: Responsible for providing consultancy to the customers and partners in the Architecture design of the solution and customizations, integrations using various industry standard technologies/platforms. He is completely responsible for requirements gathering, project management: SOW and FDD and delivery of project, solutions training and managing PS with overseas customers/partners. He holds the responsibility for scoping and discovery of work for new and existing implementations, business process analysis and requirements gathering. He is also accountable for design and architecture of production solutions to automate business processes , satisfy business requirements and lead test planning, solutions testing and defect resolution.
Application Developer: Responsible for configuration and customization of the solution which includes integration with customer’s existing systems. He provides Go-Live Support to customers and partners. He is also responsible for solution implementation, customizations and configurations of new and existing implementations and customer interactions. He is accountable for customer interactions, design and architecture solutions and customer trainings. He holds the responsibility for post implementation/post-upgrade follow-up and onsite support and also in participation in project planning.
The solution consultant team takes care of the presales for Virtuos - Client demonstrations, Product Presentations, Proof of Concept and Pilot implementations are part of the job for the solutions team. Major responsibilities would be participating in pre-sales efforts conducting requirements gathering and solution demonstrations both over the telephone/internet and on-site when required and ensuring that the solution meets/exceeds customer needs. Also, share business strengths and value according to customer needs and business objectives and translate requirements into system requirements and configurations.
The team comprises of Solution Consultant lead, Solution Consultant and presales associates.
