Internal Review of Discovery Finding Completed: We conduct an internal review of the discovery findings with our internal SMEs and if applicable with any Alliance Partner to ensure all data points have been gathered.
Potential Road Blocked Identified: We look for inhibitors to winning the business. These road blocks may be associated with business strategy, people, processes, or technology.
Go/No Decision Determined: Go or no-go decision is made based on the analysis of the Internal Discovery.
At this stage the consulting team is fully prepared to deliver a demo or prototype of our solution or blue print of our professional services exactly matching the needs of the Prospect as defined in the Discovery and Solution Design stages. It's the responsibility of the Solutions Consultant to develop the configuration plan and coordinate appropriate resources from the team to accomplish the configuration. It is critical to review the configuration with the Prospect Champion and Executive Sponsor iteratively throughout the process.
It is the responsibility of the Solutions Consultant to confirm technical selection through the parallel relationships we’ve developed throughout the sales cycle. We also work with the Customer Champion or Executive sponsor to attempt to secure formal validation that we have been technically selected.
Virtuos engages the Experience & IT Transformation Lead to supervise the project from the transition stage to end delivery. These Transformation Leads Set up a monthly meetings between the Client’s Executive Sponsor and Project Manager(s) to review status and progress relative to delivering the business value planned in the initial qualification and discovery meetings.
As incharge of information architecture, creative strategy, Transformation Lead works with the clients on Innovative business transformation, enterprise-wide coordinated product planning and design, integrated service delivery channels, and sales & marketing strategy alignment.
Pure play outsourcing has not worked for many companies in USA and Europe from low cost destinations like India, Philippines because of lack of essential mix of “Onshore, Offshore and Nearshore”.
